- READY TO USE: Make sushi seasoning from scratch is a time-consuming process. It takes forever to let the sugar melt into vinegar. Emma Basic sushi vinegar is ready to use. Simply add 150ml of Sushi Vinegar into 1kg cooked short-grain rice while it is still warm.
- NO SULPHITE: Different from others ,our sushi vinegar contains no sulphite.
- PICKLING: A time-saving solution to make vegetable pickles.
- SEASONING: Also be used as salad dressing, a marinade for fish and meat and stir fry.
