Dashi Soy Sauce

DASHI: Dashi is the very foundation of Japanse cuisine, made by simmering natural ingredients such as kelp or shiitake mushrooms. 


NO ADDITIVES: NO-MSG, No Colourings, No Acidiy regulators, no Potassium Sorbate. Absolutely no additives at all. 


GREAT FOR SAUCES: Rich in umami and sweetness simultaneously, only a small amount can add depth of flavour to a variety of different sauces.


VEGAN: No animal ingredients, suitable for a Vegan diet. A delicous soup base made with meat-free stock.


VERSATILE: This item can be used as a dipping sauce, as a soup base, and as a flavouring ingredient, so versatile!
