Steamed rice + Seasoning topping + Green tea
It’s simple
It’s quick
Really quick!
Once the rice is cooked and the green tea brewed
Simply sprinkle over the topping and
Pour the tea
I crave for Ochazuke
When I’m ravenous at midnight
When I return home after a long flight
When I feel a bit under the weather
When I’m too exhausted to stomach a 3-course meal
When life is too busy, complicated
In need of comfort and
Simplicity
